We have found that some VolunteerSearch users of Macintosh Operating Systems have experienced errors and we are in the process of enhancing our site to better cater for Mac users.

In the meantime please read the following information that will enable you to use the Volunteersearch facilities.

You can provide feedback on your experience using the VolunteerSearch website, use our feedback form which is sent to our Support Team (volunteersearch@deewr.gov.au) or contact the Volunteer Hotline on 1300 650 925 with all of the details.

If you would like to register your organisation within VolunteerSearch then please email the Support Team (volunteersearch@deewr.gov.au)

If you wish to register within the Volunteer Search Builder, we can register your details on your behalf. If you wish to proceed, please supply the following details, by either using the Feedback page or emailing the details to volunteersearch@deewr.gov.au:

• The email address you wish to use
• A password that you wish to use (this being a four digit numeric one)
• First Name and Surname
• Opportunity Title
• Region you wish to work in (NSW, Victoria, etc)
• Time Commitment (either a 'One Off' or 'Ongoing' one)
• Your days available
• Your Hours available (Business Hours, After Hours or Both)
• Suburb, State and Postcode
