Resume Editing Issue and Workaround

Please note during system maintenance a minor problem was found whereby Job seekers are unable to edit their resumes in AJS using the edit resume function in the job match profile section.

Job seekers are advised to use the below workaround on how to edit their resumes until the issue is resolved.

A fix is currently being investigated and a notification will be placed on AJS once the workaround is no longer required.

Edit Resume Workaround

Step 1: On the job match profile screen, select the resume you wish to edit and select download.

Step 2: Save the resume to your local PC’s hard drive.

Step 3: Edit the resume as required and save ensuring that it is saved in an RTF format.

Step 4: On the job match profile screen, click browse (from the upload a resume section) and locate the resume you have just edited on your hard drive.

Step 5: Give your resume a new name and select upload resume.
