Improving Job Service Australia and Disability Employment Services for you!
Connections for Quality showcases the range of services available to job seekers and employers in your local area. It allows Job Services Australia (AJS) and
Disability Employment Services (DES) to inform and promote the services they offer to job seekers, employers, training and community organisations. They do this by providing information under the Service Quality Indicators on their Provider Site Details page.

Job Seekers – for you this means:

when choosing a JSA or DES provider you can find out WHO will work with you and HOW they will help you find employment.

you will be able to see how providers have helped other job seekers and the relationships they have in the community to assist you with your individual needs and pathway into employment.
Employers – for you this means:

you can easily see how successful each JSA and DES provider is in placing job seekers into employment in industries that are relevant to YOU.

you will find out WHO providers work with in your community and HOW they will assist with your particular recruitment needs.
Feedback
You have the opportunity to comment on the services you have received relating to the Connections for Quality information displayed on JSA and DES Provider Site Detail pages.
Under each Service Quality Indicator you will find a feedback form. This is where you can indicate if the information provided allows you to make an informed choice of provider to help you find a job.
You are also able to comment on your experience and satisfaction with provider services in relation to the information available to you and can choose the feedback form under the relevant Service Quality Indicator. You can choose to select ‘Other’ to leave a general comment about your experiences.
Your comments will only be viewed by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. Your feedback will provide useful information about the assistance provided to you.
