If there are leading zeros in your Job Seeker ID, don’t type them in. For example, if your Job seeker ID is 0012345678, you should use 12345678.

If you have forgotten your Job Seeker ID, please contact your Job Services Australia provider or your local Centrelink office.
Public job seekers
If you are a public job seeker (not registered with Centrelink), you will use your username to login.
Please note that your username is CASE SENSITIVE and must be entered exactly as you entered it when you registered with JobSearch.
All passwords for job seekers are numeric.
