Australian Apprenticeships are available to everyone, whether you're a school leaver, re-entering the workforce or simply wishing to change careers.
Australian Apprenticeships Centres
Australian Apprenticeships Centres are contracted by the Australian Government to provide assistance to people wanting to start an Australian Apprenticeship, and people wanting to hire apprentices.
Australian Apprenticeships Centres:
- provide assistance to employers, apprentices and training providers throughout the duration of the Australian Apprenticeship
- market and promote Australian Apprenticeships
- administer incentive payments to employers
- work with state and territory training authorities
- establish effective relationships with Job Services Australia providers, Group Training Organisations, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), schools and community organisations.

Productivity Places Program
The Productivity Places Program is a great way to improve your skills to find employment. The program provides new training places in skills employers want, and is designed to help you secure employment.
Training is delivered by Registered Training Organisations in your local area. You can gain a new qualification or upgrade your existing qualification.
